Hand Forged Throwing Tomahawks and Knives from Fort Turner

Fort Turner was established in 2003 by Dana and Stephanie Turner.

While raising their family and attending Black Powder Rendezvous since 1987, they saw the decline of quality 'American made' accoutrements. With Dana's thirty plus years experience in machine shop and foundry work, he had the knowledge and desire to create quality products for the Black Powder Rendezvous participants.

Dana started forging one basic competition throwing tomahawk and knife, and they headed off to the Fort Bridger Wyoming Rendezvous in September 2003. With an overwhelming acceptance of their products and the orders that started flowing in, Fort Turner was up and running.

Stephanie then started the leatherwork to compliment Dana's metal work. Now with additional styles they are providing high quality products all over the world to competition throwers, rendezvous enthusiasts, re-enacters, hiker and backpackers, and our military personnel.

Dana and Stephanie have also branched off into fabricating a Frontier Camp Stove, cooking utensils and a wash basin stand.
